I was told to meet with Joyce Smith who was head of risk management who would be in Thursday at 8:30am. Told by security they had the name, phone number and address of the person who took it but would give me nothing. Security then gave the phone to the wrong person. Security took my phone back to the security desk to be claimed.
On Wednesday February 3rd my phone was left in poker room charging.
